Return and Refund Policy
At CATASTROFF, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, here are our return conditions:
- Return period : You have 14 days after receipt of your order to request a return.
- Conditions : Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Refunds : Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
- Return shipping costs : Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of error on our part (defective or non-compliant product).
