Shipping policy

All CATASTROFF orders are shipped with care from our workshop in France. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

- Processing times : Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.
- Shipping methods: We use the services of La Poste and Colissimo to ensure reliable tracking of your parcels.
- Estimated delivery times :
   - Metropolitan France : 3 to 5 working days.
   - DOM-TOM and European Union : 5 to 10 working days.
   - Outside Europe: 10 to 15 working days.
- Delivery charges :
   - Up to €14: €4.50.
   - Between €14 and €50: €8.80.
   - Free delivery for orders over €50.
